1. Roles and scope
In many cases, Razzl acts as the company that decides how personal information is used for its own business operations, including account management, security, analytics, billing, fraud prevention, support, and service improvement.
When a Business Customer uploads manuals, support content, customer-submitted materials, or other information into Creator Studio, or deploys a product copilot for its own end users, that Business Customer may separately determine what information is collected from those end users and how that information is used. In those situations, the Business Customer may act as an independent controller or business, and Razzl may act as a processor, service provider, or contractor depending on the context and applicable law.
This Privacy Policy does not override any separate data processing agreement, enterprise agreement, or other written agreement between Razzl and a Business Customer.
